Can I refund money back to my bank account?


Money that was added to smartwallet via refunds will be eligible for refund back to source account. Only the refunded amount that was sourced from Credit/Debit card or Netbanking while performing a recharge/bill payment will be available for refund to the bank. Please note that the amount can only be refunded within 15 days of the transaction. Also, if whole or part of the amount added through refunds is consumed in a recharge/bill payment, that particular part of the amount will not be available for refund to the bank.
