How do you actually keep track of my money?
Well, we have written a super-efficient algorithm that works entirely in the favor of the user. The money added to smartwallet is stored in 3 buckets viz. Promotional (added via Promo codes), PG (added via Credit/Debit Card/Netbanking) and Refunds (added via refunds). To pass on the maximum benefit to the user, money stored in the promotional bucket is used first followed by the PG bucket and then by the Refund bucket. We don’t want you to lose money for no fault of yours!
