How does smartapp handles refunds?


If for some reason your recharge doesn’t get through after a successful payment, our systems will automatically try to push it for recharge in the background. If the recharge is not successful, we will initiate a refund to your smartwallet and communicate to you about the refund initiation from our end. In the rarest of rare case, if you don’t receive any communication from our end, please write to us mentioning your Order ID and we will take it up on priority. Alternatively, you could also raise a request from the Order Details page of the failed order without the need to input your Order ID.
